Cosmostrom Warranty
The company COSMOSTROM OE provides a warranty for all its mattresses according to the following table.

- Power Plus

- Elixir
- Energy
Cosmostrom covers the following::
Years 1–5: 100% of the repair cost
Year 6: 80% of the repair cost
Year 7: 60% of the repair cost
Year 8: 40% of the repair cost
Year 9: 20% of the repair cost
Year 10: 10% of the repair cost
What the Cosmostrom warranty covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or material failure in all parts of our mattresses, including the springs, foam materials, and quilting.
Duration of warranty coverage
From the 1st to the 5th year, our warranty covers 100% of the repair cost of the mattress.From the 6th to the 10th year, our participation in the repair cost gradually decreases to 10% (see percentage table). In all cases, our company, at its discretion, undertakes the repair of the product by replacing materials of the same type, quality, and dimensions, or replacing the product entirely where deemed necessary. If the products are repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms, the warranty is not extended.
Attention: the warranty does NOT cover
- Improper use of the product that contradicts the instructions for proper use.
- Any defect in the product that has been caused by the customer or for which the customer is responsible.
- A stained or torn mattress surface.
- Deformation along the length or width of the mattress due to folding, poor transportation, or incorrect placement on the bed.
- Deformation caused by placing the mattress on unsuitable slats, warped slats, or slats with gaps greater than 4 cm.
- Any defect resulting from improper handling of the mattress (e.g., ironing on the mattress, using it as a trampoline, etc.).
- Incorrect choice regarding comfort level or dimensions.
Important
- The warranty is valid only within Greece.
- To activate the warranty, the purchase receipt or invoice must be presented in order to verify the purchase date.
- The store where the product was purchased is responsible for handling the warranty activation process.
- If, during inspection or repair, it is determined that there is no manufacturing defect or material failure, a service fee will apply, calculated according to the current Cosmostrom O.E. Service price list.
